Use the acidic nature of apple cider vinegar to get rid of the fungus. Mix one part apple cider vinegar to one part water. Soak the affected nails in this solution for thirty minutes each day. Hot Apple Cider Vinegar

Is apple juice without the pulp removed, fermented or not. When you mull the cider, which means warming and spicing it, the added cloves, cinnamon and pepper add flavor and antioxidants. Cider retains the nutrients in apples, including those that may help protect against cancer. 

Ingredients

4 cups apple cider
10 whole cloves
10 black peppercorns
4 strips orange zest
1 cinnamon stick, cracked
1 vanilla bean, split

Instructions

In a medium saucepan over moderate heat, bring all ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside to steep for 30 minutes. Discard spices. Reheat until mixture begins to steam, ladle into mugs, wait three to five minutes, then serve. Makes four servings.

Add Apple Cider Vinegar for Flavor


 Apple cider vinegar gives an added aroma to many dishes.

Add Apple Cider Vinegar for Flavor
Brown 450g diced stewing steak with two large sliced onions. Add one teaspoonful chili powder,
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup of stock

Instructions
Cook gently for two hours. Serve with rice or mash.

Pork Chops in Tomato
4 pork chops
1 cupful cider vinegar
1 beef stock cube
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions
Trim the fat from the pork chops and seal in hot vegetable oil
Pour off any fat in the pan, add the apple cider vinegar.
Cover the pan and simmer, turning chops from time to time.
When the cider vinegar has greatly reduced, add the other ingredients and cook for half an hour more.
If the sauce is too thick, add more water.


Potatoes, Bacon with Cider Vinegar






















Ingredients
675g small new potatoes cooked in skin
50g streaky bacon
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp chopped chives

Instructions
Cut the potatoes into pieces and sprinkle with chives
Add salt and pepper
Dice the fat bacon and cook it in its own fat until crisp.
Add the vinegar slowly.
Pour over the potatoes and serve when cold.
Serve with rice.
