Apple cider vinegar has many medicinal properties. It lowers blood pressure and cholesterol. Choosing apple cider vinegar made from organic apples is the best way to ensure that it contains all the minerals and no  pesticides. According to legend the Judge announced that they could go free if they told him how they avoided getting sick when they handled goods that were infected with the plague. They had mixed cider vinegar and garlic to the water and washed everything with it. They also bathed in the cider vinegar and garlic water.
